1. About Reading Her Signals
Reading Her Signals™ publishes story-led educational and editorial content relating to relationships, communication, psychology, personal reflection and better decision-making.
Products and content may include ebooks, downloadable materials, articles, newsletters, educational resources and other digital content.
The principal digital product currently offered directly through ReadingHerSignals.com is the PDF edition of Decode Her Signals — Book One.
2. Digital Products
Products identified as digital products are supplied electronically.
No physical book or other physical product will be shipped where the product is described as a digital edition, PDF, ebook or other downloadable product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable device, software and internet connection to access the relevant digital format.
3. Product Information
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately.
Product descriptions, cover images, previews and other promotional materials are intended to help you understand the nature of the product before purchasing.
Minor differences in appearance may occur depending on your device, PDF reader, browser, screen settings or software.
4. Prices and Currency
The applicable purchase price is displayed during checkout before payment is authorized.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed for direct purchases through ReadingHerSignals.com are stated in United States dollars (USD).
Your payment provider, card issuer or financial institution may display or charge an equivalent amount in another currency and may apply its own exchange rate, conversion charge or other fee.
Such conversion rates or third-party charges are determined by the relevant payment provider or financial institution and are not controlled by Reading Her Signals.
5. Payment
Payments for direct purchases through ReadingHerSignals.com are processed through PayPal.
Depending on PayPal's available checkout options, you may be able to pay using a PayPal account or another payment method made available by PayPal.
ReadingHerSignals.com does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.
A purchase is not considered successfully completed until the payment has been confirmed through the payment-processing system.
6. Order Confirmation and Digital Delivery
Following confirmed payment, the purchased digital product is made available through a secure download process.
Where applicable, a secure download link may be:
- displayed on the purchase-complete page; and
- sent to the email address associated with the transaction.
You are responsible for providing or maintaining access to an email address that can receive transaction-related communications where email delivery is used.
Email delivery may occasionally be delayed or affected by spam filtering, mailbox settings, email-provider issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Download Access
Secure download links are time-limited.
The download system may also impose reasonable technical limits on access or download attempts for security, fraud-prevention and delivery purposes.

We may verify the transaction before providing replacement access or other assistance.
8. Personal-Use Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a Reading Her Signals digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property to you.
9. Prohibited Use and Distribution
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce or distribute a digital product to other people;
- upload or post the product, in whole or substantial part, publicly online;
- share, sell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute copies;
- make the product available through file-sharing, cloud-sharing or similar services for access by unauthorized persons;
- remove or deliberately obscure copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
- represent Reading Her Signals content as your own work; or
- use the product in a manner that infringes intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
Reasonable personal backups for your own use do not authorize sharing the product with another person.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, books, written content, graphics, branding, design elements, original frameworks and other original materials published by Reading Her Signals are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Reading Her Signals™,” the SIGNAL Framework™ and associated branding may be used only as permitted by law or with appropriate permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Reading Her Signals intellectual property.
11. Complimentary Content and Chapter One
Reading Her Signals may make selected material available without charge, including complimentary chapters, articles, newsletters or other resources.
Complimentary availability does not place that material in the public domain and does not waive applicable copyright or intellectual-property rights.
Access to complimentary material may require submission of information such as an email address where clearly indicated at the point of signup.
12. Email Communications
Transactional communications relating to purchases, delivery, access or customer support may be sent when reasonably necessary to complete or support your transaction.
Marketing or reader-list communications are treated separately.
Where you subscribe to marketing or reader communications, you may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in those communications.

13. Refunds
Digital-product purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Because digital products can be accessed shortly after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once the purchased digital product has been successfully made available, subject to the circumstances and consumer protections described in the Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy forms part of the terms applicable to direct digital purchases through ReadingHerSignals.com.
14. Duplicate Payments and Technical Problems
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or if confirmed payment was completed but the digital product was not made available as intended, contact gary@readinghersignals.com .
We may request reasonable transaction information so that the purchase can be identified and investigated.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, card security codes or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
15. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, contact PayPal, your card issuer or other relevant payment provider promptly through its applicable unauthorized-transaction or dispute process.
You may also contact us so that we can assist in identifying the relevant order where reasonably possible.
16. Educational and Editorial Nature of Content
Reading Her Signals provides educational and editorial content.
Relationship, psychology, communication and personal-development material is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
