This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased directly through ReadingHerSignals.com.
Digital Products
Reading Her Signals currently sells digital products, including the PDF edition of Decode Her Signals — Book One.
Digital products are delivered electronically after confirmed payment. No physical product is shipped.
Digital Sales and Change of Mind
Because a digital product can be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been successfully made available to you.
We generally do not provide refunds solely because you changed your mind, decided that you no longer want the product, or did not use or finish reading the product after successful delivery.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us.
Where we confirm that an unintended duplicate payment was received for the same order, we will take reasonable steps to correct the duplicate charge or arrange an appropriate refund.
Download or Delivery Problems
If payment was successfully completed but you did not receive access to your digital product, your download link does not work as intended, or the supplied file cannot reasonably be accessed, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.
Where appropriate, we may provide replacement access or another reasonable solution.
If we are unable to provide the digital product you validly purchased after reasonable troubleshooting, an appropriate refund may be considered.
Download Access
Purchase provides access to the digital product through a secure, time-limited download link.
The download system may impose reasonable technical limits on access or download attempts for security and delivery purposes.
If you experience a genuine access problem within the applicable access period, contact us before repeatedly attempting the download so that we can assist.
Unauthorized or Unrecognized Transactions
If you do not recognize a PayPal or card transaction, please contact PayPal or your payment provider promptly using their applicable unauthorized-transaction process.
You may also contact us with the transaction details so that we can assist with identifying the relevant order where reasonably possible.
How to Request Assistance or a Refund Review

Please include enough information for us to identify the purchase, such as:
- The email address used for the purchase;
- Your PayPal transaction or order reference; and
- A brief description of the problem.
Please do not send us your password, full payment-card number, card security code or other sensitive payment credentials.
We may request additional reasonable information where necessary to verify the transaction or investigate the issue.
Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method or payment processor where practicable.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on PayPal, your card issuer, bank or other payment provider.
Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to investigate refund or replacement-access requests where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution or misuse of the digital product or download system.
This does not affect rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
